Policies

  • WEEKLY RATES are offered as “Spend 6 nights and get 1 free”.
  • 30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITH EACH RESERVATION.
  • In case of a CANCELLATION, deposit is refunded only if cottage is re-rented, less $25 handling fee.
  • Additional guests up to max. occupancy are allowed at $10 per person per night.
  • We honor our VETERANS with a discount (valid ID required).
  • All cottages are SMOKE FREE.
  • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED to maintain the cottages clean and allergen free.
  • Boater's Education Certificate is required to rent our boat if you were board after 1985.
  • FIREWORKS and GLITTER are not allowed.
